Class will begin with warm ups and some drills designed to get partners accustomed to working together and listening to each other’s bodies.
Students will be split into groups of three including a base, flyer and spotter. The first half of class will be spent focusing on basic “L basing”. The second half of class will be focused on “standing acrobatics”.
Student prerequisites: healthy body, functioning wrists, ankles and spines
