New to the aerial arts? Have some experience but need to gain strength, or learn basic skills? This class could be for you! In this 55 minute class you will warm-up on the floor and in the air with proper body mechanics so you can learn basic mounts and climbs on aerial silks, hammock, hoop and low-flying, single-point trapeze. You will also explore fundamental ways to manipulate your body in, on and around the apparatus.
This is a core aerial class that you will need in order to advance to our other classes in a specific apparatus. This course is a 4-week session that may be repeated as needed.
