In the quest to increase our badassery we offer you an opportunity to get strong. I mean real strong. Using floor exercises and aerial work, your whole body will be challenged to pull, push, and dig deep to find your most powerful self. In addition to building your strength, you will have opportunity to chase after gorgeous splits and back bends. This class will increase your overall fitness and make your aerial practice feel easier.
Can be purchased individually or added to your membership package.
