In this class you have the opportunity to take fundamental aerial skills and develop them specifically on an aerial hoop. Over the course of the hour and fifteen minute class you will be thoroughly warmed up on the floor and on the hoop to delve into technique and drills.
You will learn short aerial phrases to begin to build your endurance while moving efficiently with gorgeous form. We never forget to enjoy strength conditioning and stretching as part of this class.
