Flexibility training is important because of the role it plays in improving movement quality and reducing the opportunity for injury in aerial and dance. But flexibility can be a liability if it isn’t accompanied by serious strength all the way to the end of your range of motion (ROM). Our staff will help guide you safely though active exercises to improve your ROM, your strength, and your neurological “intelligence”, for healthy, balanced, and fluid movement. Working with dynamic and functional movement patterns will also help you dial in movement technique that will help you become an aerial powerhouse, with access to a bigger range of creative expression.
If this is your first class be sure to complete the online liability waver before arriving for class.
