In this workshop, we will go over several climbs, refine them and work on efficiency. We’ll find rest positions to make climbing more easeful and find places for creativity. We will also play with footlocks and look at some of their limitless possibilities.
This is an all levels workshop. Students should have some previous aerial silks experience and be pretty comfortable with a basic wrap climb.
About the Instructor:
Sadie has been dancing and practicing movement arts from an early age. Over the last 7 years, she has studied aerial, clowning and other disciplines at The New England Center For Circus Arts, The San Francisco Circus Center, and Versatile Arts. She has also collaborated in creating and performed in various clown, theater, and vaudeville shows around the Pacific Northwest.
