This 5 week series will introduce intermediate and advanced students to Aerial Straps.
This class is for intermediate and advanced aerial students looking to take their strength and technique to the next level.
The objectives of this class are to increase aerial-specific strength and stability; to teach students advanced aerial skills that can be used for conditioning as well as translated to other apparatus, and to introduce and safely build a solid skill set of straps fundamentals.
Straps class will take students through a cardio and plyometric-based warm-up and a skills portion comprised of planches, meat hooks, flags, pike-and-rock variations and muscle-ups. The class will finish with static and assisted stretching.
Intermediate or advanced aerial skills and instructor approval.
5 week series, Tuesdays, 7pm – 8:30pm
