A new class appropriate for brand new aerialists and non-aerialists, and geared towards those with some physical limitations. This class will foster your freedom to move both on and above the floor using flowing floor sequences, low-hanging aerial sling and trapeze. Using gentle and supported movements, you’ll gain increased range of motion, core strength and connected strength between your core, hips and legs.
You can tap into the beauty and freedom of moving above the floor without having to lift all your weight with your arms. Please be prepared to invert for short periods, to hold between 50 and 100 percent of your weight from your hands (briefly) and to do floor work with weight placed on your hands, wrists and knees.
